  1. Husk at spørge de gamle, inden det er for sent.
  2. Tro ikke på alle familietraditioner.
  3. Forsyn alle billeder med navn og findested.
  4. Skriv altid nøjagtigt ned, hvor en oplysning stammer fra.
  5. Skriv kilden ordret og fuldstændigt af.
  6. Kontroller nøje alle aldersangivelser.
  7. Rækkefølgen vielse, død, fødsel er ofte den sikreste.
  8. Husk at notere faddere op.
  9. Efterse altid konfirmationen.
  10. Det er ikke sikkert, at den første, man finder, er den rigtige.
  11. Hans Nielsen behøver ikke at være søn af Niels Hansen på samme gård.
  12. Udnyt de forskellige kildegrupper skiftevis under arbejdet.

A great way to ensure that you do not sleep on your back and cause sleep apnea to occur is to use a tennis ball to prevent rolling onto your back. You can place one in a pillow behind your back and when you roll over in your sleep, the tennis ball will make you roll back on your side.

People who use alcohol, sedatives, and sleeping pills are far more likely to suffer from sleep apnea. This is because these drugs will relax the throat and cause their breathing to be impaired. Using these drugs before bedtime is more likely to cause sleep apnea than using these drugs during the day.

Lige nu søger vi efter Jöns Jönsson, fader til Gustav Ludvig Jelbo.

Jöns Jönsson (f. 1849) emigrerede til Danmark fra Sverige. Årstal ukendt.

Eneste fund om Jöns Jönsson gælder Folketællingen 1885, hvor han boede i Prinsessegade 53 (-Matr 176D Baghus 3.sal) på Christanshavn, med sin familie.
